Paying with PayPal
When you select PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment page. You can complete your home and lifestyle purchase by:
- Signing in to your PayPal account; or
- Selecting “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” on the PayPal page to check out as a guest, when that option is available.
This lets you enter eligible card details through PayPal without creating or using a PayPal account. Availability of guest checkout may depend on your location and PayPal’s settings.
Paying with a credit or debit card
We accept major credit and debit cards commonly used in the United States and internationally. The payment options currently available to you will appear during checkout.
- Teravuno does not directly collect or store complete credit or debit card numbers on its own servers;
- Card payments are handled through authorized payment providers; and
- Payment information is transmitted through secure checkout technology.
Charges in United States Dollars
All purchases are processed in USD. If your card or account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate, conversion charge or international transaction fee.
Teravuno does not control these third-party rates or fees. Contact your payment provider for details before placing an order.
Declined or pending payments
A payment may be declined or remain pending because of bank security checks, billing-address differences, available funds or provider limits.
For questions about card authorization, payment approval, duplicate pending charges or billing restrictions, contact your card-issuing bank or payment provider directly.
Your checkout security matters.
Transactions on Teravuno use industry-standard encrypted checkout technology and trusted payment providers. For your protection, never send complete card details by email or through a customer-service message.
