Your order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse, cancel or limit an order because of product availability, inaccurate product or pricing information, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions or other reasonable business concerns.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

We make reasonable efforts to present descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, quantities and prices accurately. Colors and finishes may appear different because of lighting, screen settings or manufacturing batches. Packaging may also be updated without changing the product’s intended function.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site and may change without notice. Discounts, bundles and promotional offers apply only under the conditions and during the period stated.

If a material pricing error occurs, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and issue a refund. You agree to provide current and accurate billing and payment information.

Processing and delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery may be affected by product availability, carrier operations, customs review, holidays, weather, address issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer as provided by applicable law. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting an order and contact us promptly if a correction is needed.

Inventory is not guaranteed until an order is accepted and processed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we may offer an appropriate alternative where permitted or cancel the unavailable item.

We will notify you using the contact information provided and refund any canceled amount paid for that item.

Read the product page and any supplied instructions before use, installation, assembly, cleaning or storage. Confirm dimensions, power requirements, compatibility and suitability for your household before ordering.

Products must be used responsibly and only for their intended purpose. Adult supervision may be required for tools, appliances, sharp objects, products with small parts or items used around children and pets.

Unless the checkout states otherwise, you are responsible for applicable sales tax, VAT, customs duties, import charges, brokerage fees or other government assessments associated with your purchase.

You are also responsible for confirming that a product can be lawfully imported and used at the delivery destination.

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 180 days of delivery. Products must meet the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy, which may require the item to be unused, uninstalled and returned with original packaging, parts and accessories.

Contact us before returning any product. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, send clear photos of the product and packaging so our team can review the issue. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

By placing an order, you agree to receive transactional communications about your purchase, including confirmations, payment notices, shipping updates, delivery information, return instructions and customer-service correspondence.

Transactional messages are separate from optional marketing communications.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Teravuno is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation or use contrary to supplied instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection rights.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order will generally govern that purchase. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
